Thank you for choosing Socioclicks Pvt. Ltd. for your digital marketing services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Therefore, we have a refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Here are some important guidelines to remember: –
Suppose you have made an advance (partial) payment and wish to cancel or modify your order. In that case, the refund amount will be subject to deductions based on services rendered or costs incurred during the project initiation phase.
  • Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments:

    Exceptions to our standard refund policy are recognized in special cases. If you require any help or support, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund exception. Please note that the 50% deposit of advance paid is the only refundable amount. Note: Domain, hosting, and SSL costs are non-refundable for any case, which may cost 3500-5000 INR.

  • Refund Policy for the Second (Full) Payment:

    Socioclicks Pvt. ltd only collects the rest (50%) of the second payment post successful completion of work, and such payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after deducting fees associated with services already provided or costs incurred.

  • Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy:

    If you choose to cancel our Digital Marketing (SEO) Services, we will only charge you for one upcoming month. However, please note that there will be no refund for the present or past months as the services have already been planned, prepared or executed. Refund requests for SEO services must be submitted within 48 hours of the service's initiation. Refunds will be based on the stage of completion of the SEO project.

  • Mode of Refund:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, including credit card, debit card, and internet banking. The refund will be credited to the account that was used for the initial payment.

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking:

    It may take up to 30 business days for refunds to be processed for payments made with credit cards, debit cards, or Internet banking, depending on your financial institution.
